Review collected by a third partyCalled afterhours for an HVAC emergency. Very friendly service from their office and technician Vincent arrived very quickly. He was extremely professional in diagnosing and resolving the problem. He also provided some great education on how to avoid additional issues. Vicent was a real life saver in the Houston heat! Hopefully I will have no more issues but will only call A1 and Vincent if I do.

Review collected by a third partyI actually scheduled an estimate for a complete HVAC replacement on June 23rd with Skylar who was super informative throughout the process and let me know of all my options and which ones worked best with my situation. He also recommended that I get quotes with other HVAC companies as well. In the end I chose A1 Plus cause Skylar was incredibly responsive (compared to the other HVAC guys) and they got it done on June 30th and the installation took a day. A1 Plus wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. The Daikin Fit 5 ton (R-32) installation was super clean and professional. Cools my house a lot better than my previous 29 year old Armstrong 3.5 ton & 2.5 ton AC units. I would highly recommend A1 Plus. Shout-out to Skylar and Francisco as well for the great job!
