Then once I approved the quote via email, I didn’t hear back for a few days. I called and had an appointment set up for the following Monday which I took off work for. At the time of the appointment they called to say the tech was out for two weeks and to reschedule. No problem. Then on Wednesday, the day of the new appointment, the window passed with no call. I called and they said a dispatcher would reach out to me with an update. Still no call. Ended up canceling all together. A bunch of time wasted.

On 07/07/2025, the Service Manager called me about the review. He scheduled for a technician to come out to make repairs. Jason with A1 Plus Electrical, Heating, and Air did a awesome job with repairing my AC Unit!! He took pictures and explained what was needed to repair it.

I was incredibly concerned about issues with the air conditioning in a condo I was considering purchasing. From the moment Mr. Barron arrived, his visit was entirely pressure-free and exceptionally professional. He calmly and patiently explained what was happening with the A/C unit, detailing the mechanism and pinpointing the source of the problem. His unhurried approach and clear explanations were truly appreciated. While I ultimately decided not to purchase the condo due to some water intrusion issues, I would have undoubtedly utilized Mr. Barron's services had I gone through with the purchase. He provided highly competitive pricing, which was an added bonus. If you're seeking an A/C technician who is honest, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, do yourself a favor and request Mr. Barron's services.
