Review collected by a third partySergio was AWESOME!! The problem had somehow resolved itself when he got here, but he checked everything anyway and could not find an issue. He was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great electrician company. UPDATE: had to have Sergio back out for the same original problem. NOT HIS DOING!! He got everything back on track and we all thought it was resolved. What we didn’t know was an underlying issue that would not have been identifiable since everything was working. Sergio came back and had to go through every outlet in our house. He found the problem behind a heavy hutch on our patio…an outlet that had burned wires. This was an original outlet from 1978 when the house was built. He literally saved our lives as it was a fire waiting to happen!! We are graciously in his debt and thankful he was so experienced to find it. We now have his company on a maintenance program for our home!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY! UPDATE: Couldn’t figure out how to do a separate post for our second interaction with A1 plus so I’m adding it here Had Jason come out today to do an inspection on our HVAC system. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Gave us all the estimates to upgrade all parts needed and a separate estimate if we want to consider getting a new system. That is still to be determined that the service was excellent. Again couldn’t do a separate review so this is an update: Had Harley out to do a hot water flush and check all of our plumbing Per our maintenance agreement with A1. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very professional and courteous. I highly recommend anyone with electrical plumbing or HVAC issues to use A1.
