Review collected by a third partyRicardo was excellent and found ways to solve my problem. He was resourceful and had a can do attitude. I applaud him being put in a peculiar position and finding ways to resolve it. As far as A1, not very good. Called them twice during the day of my scheduled appointment time 1-4 p.m. could never fine Tune the technician arrival time. Tech arrived at 5:30 well outside the appointment time and I never received a call asking if that was acceptable. Tech said they overbooked him for the day which is not his issue or my issue. Would rate A1 a 3 out of 5. They can not put their people in poor situations to deal with customers.

Not only did they fix a problem that I have been trying to get fixed for over a year but Stephen C. explained the entire process with me including what to look for in the future. I have had so many companies come out and only A-1 has actually been able to fix it. I am so pleased with Stephen C who identified the problem, Justin who fixed it and Stephen C who maintained and made sure everything was in working order. It’s been a very long time since I’ve found such a knowledgeable company.

Review collected by a third partySergio did a fantastic job. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he is honest. I had an electrician look at the same lights 2 days ago and he said the light fixtures were broken and he wanted to charge me $650 to replace them. Sergio got the lights working in under 5 min. He then explained the connectors are loose. He provided 2 options for me with reasonable pricing. He also said I could continue to use the lights until I use up all my spare bulbs then select one of the options that he provided. He didn’t charge me for the visit either.
