  Excellent shopping experience Before the purchase I contacted the assistance and the person who replied was very helpful and competent. Order carried out without problems. The only problem was that the shipment took place at the limit of the scheduled times and I received communication from the courier not within the times communicated by the seller. In general, very positive experience and recommended seller.

  I decided to purchase Canon R5 and Canon RF100 2.8 L Macro from the company I trusted the 42nd St. PHOTO - I love them because they will really tell you honestly the pros and the cons of the product. I mean they have dignity. So I purchased this one. The guys at 42nd St. PHOTO are awesome, they stock up on high quality gear and their customer service is impeccable, really high standard.   I was extremely satisfied with the Sensei 95mm lens cap. One of my lenses had lost its cap and I needed to replace it before it got damaged. The employees of 42nd street photo took their time to discuss different lenses and mention this one. Just as good as the Canon lens cap but a lot cheaper. Highly recommend.

  The camera I bought from 42nd street photo was great, but the packaging it came in was poorly prepared. Very flimsy box with one strip of tape over the top. As a result the box was damaged and open upon arrival. Not what I had hoped for.

  I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money on the 3-5 day delivery option because it ostensibly means 10 days in my experience- save yourself the $49, but they did deliver and the item was first class without any issues, note that if you're an interstate customer this company is based and operated from the NY, took 10 days to successfully send it from there so the 3-5 day delivery is misleading.

I needed this Canon EF 600mm f/4L IS II as quickly as possible, everywhere else there was a wait time or came with a hefty price for shipping. 42PHOTO allowed me to order it and have same time day pick in as little as an hour!   I ordered the Canon EOS 90D camera at a great price and I was quite happy about it until I found out that the camera had a little back focus problem. Since the camera is still under one-year warranty, I sent it to the service center for repair. The only cost to me is the shipping. I haven't gotten the camera back yet because it is being repaired. I hope they will be able to fix it.

  I purchased Nikon P1000, it arrived well packed and exactly as described. They answered my emails promptly and their live chat came in handy too. I new it would take probably around 7- 10 days to arrive , the tracking was accurate and when the camera arrived I checked to see if indeed everything that should be in the box was there and it was "mint" as stated ... No complaints would use again .

  Great service What great service. I ordered a new Tamron lens on a Sunday evening and it arrived on the following Saturday. The process was simple and quick. The lens was well packed and protected in the original, unopened box plus 42PHOTO's own additional packing. The tracking number does take 4-7 days to be sent to you and a next 3-6 days for your product to be delivered. I sent a few emails to them regarding my order & they were very helpfully & replied within a 2 hour span every time.

  Great product/ price This one has been a great fit with the other two lenses I purchased from 42nd St. PHOTO. Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Zoom lens is a very versatile and reliable. If you are looking to have just one lens, this would be my recommendation.   I ordered a Canon XF605 Camcorder that offered free expedited 2 day shipping but it's been over a week now and it says in stock, I sent them an email - no response in 24 hours now. I chatted with a person in their customer service department and they informed me they would be sure to ship it today but it hasn't been shipped yet.

  Wimberley WH-200 Gimabal - Excellent gimbal head! I did some research and checked reviews and placed my order through 42PHOTO. For buying it as a out shore customer the customs in my country taxed me for it being a import product and with that a couple tens of dollars for its weight in shipping. but all of that didn't hold me to get it because i knew its the best of it's kind out there, and when I received it i am sure of it, don't hesitate, go for it, it will not fail you.

  Excellent Choice After speaking online with 42PHOTO experts they directed us to this Sony a7 iii camera (and another camera to compare it with). My new go-to camera in sports and photojournalism.   I recently purchased the Canon LP-E6NH Lithiun-ion Battery. The battery works great, and I have experienced no problems with the battery. In addition the battery was $20.00 cheaper from 42nd street photo than from any other retailer. All-in-all a great battery at a great price!

  I bought my Sony a7R IIIA camera and accessories at their NYC location which was modern and very well stocked with everything I needed. I like their prices and types of cameras.   Fast shipping, great product EOS R camera came in quick, no hassle with shipping. Camera works perfectly fine straight out the box, battery has no issues either. The 24-105mm is a great kit lens, definitely happy I went with this kit over the individual body an individual lens.
