  I ordered from 42nd street photo as the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV camera was in stock and ready for delivery the next day. I ordered it in the morning, was sent a text and emailed regarding the status of the order at each stage and was sent a text the following morning giving an approximate expected delivery time. Cannot fault the service.

  I've used 42nd street photo many times without issue, this time UPS delivered the package to the wrong house, but with one call to 42nd photo one of their employees took the issue into their hands and even rang back after a day to check if the package had been delivered and the issue resolved.

  My experience was a perfect one. Using the website to find and choose what I wanted was smooth and easy. Checkout process was good, lots of payment options, Order was delivered free and next day.   Don't Buy it from Anywhere Else, I'll tell you why... I have bought these previously from Walmart and Amazon, both sent counterfeits. What I received from 42PHOTO was legit. Those other online retailers show a picture of the genuine one, but what you get, is counterfeit. Pleased to do business with 42PHOTO. So far they are working just as expected.

  42PHOTO is a superb site to purchase used gear on. Their shipping is fast. Their customer support is upbeat. Their grading system is overly stringent, so when you are getting a good camera, the quality is often better then the rating indicates. They do a great job of quality control and inspection/cleaning of the gear. Overall, 10/10!

  ❹❷nd St. PHOTO has never disappointed me I needed a 300mm f4.0 PF lens to replace a 70-200mm/VR/f2.8 nikon lens I broke. I wasn't prepared to spend over $1200 for a new one, so I looked through the used section and found an older model they listed as having minor imperfections for about $450, so I ordered it. It arrived well packaged and looked brand new to me. I've been getting some great fall foliage photos with it.

  It's a game changer I received excellent baseplate advice from 42nd St. PHOTO; Jared Pollen You Tube Videos; Ken Rockwell reviews and a couple of working NYC photographers. 42nd St. PHOTO was amazing as well, I ordered the SmallRig baseplate, I wasn't expecting the arrival until Monday the following week but to my surprise 42nd St. PHOTO rushed the order and I had it the very next day. Really happy with the whole transaction. 42nd St. PHOTO doesn't sell it currently but they should, it's great.

  Great product, wonderful value I don't buy Instax film anywhere else but ④②nd St. Photo. The quality is always just fine and has a cool vintage look to it. Don't let the expiration date scare you!

  In Love I just received this Sony A6500 and 18-135 lens, bird photos have improved 100%. I contacted 42PHOTO and they replaced the lens with my current copy which is really great.   Excellent Choice I used my new EoS R on safari in South Africa for photos and videos. I’ve been using 42nd (former Willoughby's) for 25-30 years, great service and dependable.   Having bought a Leica Q2 "Ghost" digital camera on-line the new camera was delivered to me the next day brilliant service which is rarely seen today i would highly recommend your New York shop for great service.As i live up in Michigan given the distance away it makes the service great. cant fault it.

  Excellent value for the money! 42PHOTO is so kind to send me a product review email invitation. 42PHOTO pricing was the best for the Sony Cyber-shot RX1R II, it included the memory card and a good quality battery. The order arrived on time and no issues. This camera is everything that was promised. I've only had it for a week however pleased thus far. Quality & colors are excellent, very happy with my purchase. You can't beat it for the price. Overall pleased.

  Great service as always. Was very pleased with my Panasonic Lumix G85 camera when I received it. Everything worked perfect and the camera was in excellent condition with no scratches. After using it for a couple of weeks I'm impressed. A special thanks to the packing by 42nd street photo, the carrier beat up the box but the camera wasn't damaged. Air bags and bubble wrap save the day.
