  The customer service was amazing. My eos r6 camera was out of stock but they told me straight away and kept me informed of the purchase.   Hoya 72mm ND (NDX8) 0.9 Filter I was amazed at how quickly 42nd PHOTO was able to get and send my Hoya 72mm ND (NDX8) 0.9 Filter. The average wait for the Hoya is 6 months in Amazon. I got mine in under 3 weeks. I was not expecting my filter for a long time, so when it arrived, I was beyond surprised! Kudos 42nd PHOTO! I use the Hoya 72mm ND (NDX8) 0.9 Filter for long exposure Photography, it gives the illusion of motion in water and skies. The Hoya 72mm ND (NDX8) 0.9 Filter is a robust, solid glass. very pleased!

  Everything I expected. I purchased a Canon 7D camera with an EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM lens for portraits, low-light nature shots and for close-up photography. I have been saving money for this camera for almost one year. Given the sale price and the rebate, I just couldn't pass it up.   Great camera at a good price I purchased this new Canon 5DS-R to photograph wildlife. I haven't used it in the field yet, I am still testing it around home. Some items you can't buy online. First and foremost 42Photo is the best place to buy high end equipment, their customer service department is first rate.   Over the years, I have purchased many cameras, lenses and associated photographic items from 42PHOTO. The one thing that always lets secondhand cameras down is the accompanying accessories like battery, often at the end of its working life. It would be good to be offered a reduced price new battery with every preowned camera body.

  I bought a Canon EOS R10 camera from 42nd street photo, due to their excellent customer reviews online. Their website was easy to use, and the order was delivered on time, at the allocated one hour slot. I am really enjoying the technology of the R10 which makes it an excellent camera for many applications including travel.

  Very good response dropped my camera off for repair on the Monday for repair, sales advisor said give it 6 to 9 days, Friday nice text from Jonathan giving estimate report. Gave my approval another email Saturday saying repair under way. This is all customers want, to be kept informed .

  Just taken receipt of a Nikon z8 mirrorless and a couple of lenses. The ordering, financing and delivery from 42nd Photo was efficient and easy. There was a frustrating wait for the equipment to arrive and unfortunately 42nd Photo did not get much information from Nikon on shipments. The customer service people always quickly responded to questions and as completely as possible.
