Verified reviewI was at work when junk kings picked up some construction trash in my front yard. When I came home I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads by the sidewalk had been broken. When i went back to look at the pictures that the workers sent me, I saw that one of the pictures had some of the construction wood that they were cleaning up next to that exact broken sprinkler head. All the trash I needed to to be picked up was no where near that sprinkler head and i saw tracks running right through that area where they were hauling the trash. I contacted customer service and they informed me that they would get in contact with the franchise owner. I still haven’t heard from him and it’s been over a month now. I tried to give this business a chance to make it right, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone in charge.
