This makes my fourth time using them and each time has been a quick turnaround for contact, scheduled appointments are made on time, perform efficient work and the overall experience with the staff who come out to do the work is excellent. I made the request online, within minutes I got a confirmation text for the appointment. Shortly after that, I received a call from Paul one of the service members. I sent him a picture for reference of the items I needed removed. He came within 45 mins as promised. Even though I did not have the boxes broken down, which can affect pricing, he still worked with me on the estimate cost because I didn’t have a whole lot. All of this was done the same day within 2-3 hour timeframe. If all service providers communicated and executed the way Junk King does, it would make a customers life a whole lot better when it comes to their home service issues. I highly recommend their company for use of your household item disposal needs.

They were respectful professional and patient They also spoke nicely and professional to my husband when they were taking apart my pool table. Only critique I have is they were using a broom to clean the floor. This in turn left a couple nails and other dirt. It would be much more efficient if they could use a portable vacuum cleaner next time to clean up. This would streamline my cleanup if I had any left after they vacuumed.
