Verified reviewI don’t typically write reviews and first I want to make sure I reiterate how professional and honest the guys who came were. Very awesome, kind guys. I am more upset about who I spoke with on the phone when I originally made the appointment, and the difference between my phone conversation with him explaining the stuff and amount, with what I was quoted between “ oh no it sounds like 150-$380 tops” compared to $600 once they came. I would have never requested the service or I would have gotten a U-Haul myself to move it all if that was the case, I was trying to save us stress but not a large financial strain. But of course once they’re there and it’s down to the wire of when you have to be out of your place you have to make a decision and don’t have time to get all that done. If I would have known it was going to be that expensive I would have been making other arrangements before this day. We ended up having to choose to leave stuff because we couldn’t afford it but to try to bring cost down which still cost us $430… now we have to go get a U-Haul to get rest of the stuff out. Which all this could have been prevented and we would have just moved everything ourselves if we got a truthful quote. Live and learn.
