Overall, good communication, prompt arrival, personable and efficient. The pricing felt arbitrary to me - if I use them again, I will send a photo, get an estimate, and then finalize the cost when they arrive. Their original on-site quote was very high, and it was only when I said “Forget it, too high” that they came down in price. Even though the final price was lower, I still overpaid; it won’t happen again.
