Verified reviewMy experience: Booked online. Called store to see if earlier pick up time was available; was told no. Then 2 hours before pick up time was called 3x prior to scheduled pick up to say they were having “an early day”, could pick up my item now, and was outside my apartment complex waiting. I couldn’t answer at the time as I was busy at an appointment. I call back 1 hour before my scheduled appointment & was told they’ve left & cannot pick up item — even though the time is still prior to my “scheduled appointment time”. Was called by the office minutes later asking if I still needed pick up & told them yes? Later the men returned & collected my item. I booked online & was not given the “$20 off” as advertised & given no apology. Extremely poor customer service & communication. Why would I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment just because now it was convenient for you to pick up earlier? What’s the point of making an appointment if your slot time possibly won’t be honored? And if the customer doesn’t respond to your calls before the agreed upon time, my appointment must be rescheduled or cancelled? No apology & no discount? Conclusion: very unprofessional. May consider in an emergent junk removal situation in the future but would NOT use or recommend this location.

Verified reviewRobert and his crew were cool. Anytime somebody comes to pick up your junk is a good thing. Communication was good. I changed my date and time to a day earlier the same day I booked. They were accommodating and the price was considerate/reasonable to remove my mattress. They were in and out. No fuss no muss. I will call them again.

Verified reviewJob done to completion, on time and leading texts emails verifying time was excellent. The agreed on price was seen once and I was not sure if that included discounts. Would like to see their process in determining final price. For example, I stated one couch to be disposed of. Junk King does not from that what the exact price would be and in their defense they gave an estimate. However, once the movers showed up I would have like to see the final price with any discounts applied. In the end I took the estimated price.
