Verified reviewWe called Junk King to remove some household junk such as plastic chairs, large styrofoam packing pieces, an old computer and much more. They gave us an appointment for just two days later as we requested. When they had to reschedule because dumps weren't open on our original day due to the Veterans day holiday, they came within an hour of the very same day they called to reschedule. Jonathan and Peter were friendly, efficient and fast workers. They gave us an estimate that we accepted, and were and done with the whole project within a half hour. This is the second time that we have used Junk King South Shore, and we will Definitely call them again if we need junk removed. We *highly* recommend them to anyone needing an honest, reasonably priced, efficient company to remove stuff.

Verified reviewThe workers were fast and efficient although they arrived about an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment window. They called me at the end of the window about having another job to do first. But the rate I was charged according to the standard rate sheet they showed me was over $200 higher than what the company owner had quoted me when he gave an in-person estimate -- basically $500 rather than $300. And not all of my junk fit in the truck so they have to come back on a second day. So I have serious questions about the price and how I was dealt with in the initial estimate.
