One call and my fine furniture was gone. Many Thrift Stores have closed in the pandemic and finding a consignment place to take fine furniture is hard. I ran out of time and patience and called Junk King. I understand that what they pick up they do not sell, but trash it. Too bad. They are missing a potential revenue stream. They are god and I would like to help them grow revenue by diversifcation. Terry

The fellows that came here this morning were awesome. They were able to break up my desks and remove the refrigerator from the basement. Not a scratch or dent anywhere! I will definitely be back and will recommend your company to everyone looking to remove their “Junk”!

These guys were not as good as in the past. Had to keep telling them what to take over and over. They didn’t want to sweep the garage and I asked for that when I booked. Called me at 11:30 and told me they were coming over and my appointment was at 2:00. Not the usual, “are we able to come early,” more of an order tone of voice. Did not set well with me when I am working elsewhere until 1:00. I tipped them, because that is what I do. But, I am also going to let their boss know that a loyal customer had her first complaint with the company.
