Verified reviewWe found the staff to be very professional and courteous. They were able to schedule a visit right away which was very nice because it was a last minute call that we made. We had to reschedule the first visit and they were running late for the second visit due to staffing but those things happen and we were appreciative of their communication along the way. They didn't leave us waiting and wondering like so many scheduled visits can be. It may not have been within our "scheduled timeline" but because they reached out to us and were trying to be flexible with our limited schedule it didn't matter because they were really trying to work with us and wanted to make sure they had enough people to pick up our items. We will definitely use them again in the future and I would recommend their services. Very good customer service!
