Verified reviewAdequate but unprofessional. They showed up on time but didn't bring enough equipment to complete the job in the estimated time. Even though a service rep promised to invoice us, the actual pickup crew claimed invoicing was not allowed and said they would only accept payment onsite. One of the crew stopped working to call HQ and ask how we were going to pay, pushing the job over an hour. They would have been done in an hour if they'd brought enough carts. And then even though we paid our invoice immediately upon completion of the job, the crew head threatened to dump our pickup if his supervisor didn't call him to confirm payment. They literally threatened us with the consequences of non-payment AFTER we paid.

Verified reviewJunk King is my ace in the hole. I was working on a cleanup project and realized I needed things removed today so that I could have a clean space for a sale tomorrow. The couch and bed were in the way and were gone within a few hours! They loaded the dust balls in their truck and they were on their way! Thanks Junk King for saving my day.
