Verified reviewChase and his crew were phenomenal. They came out within a few hours of my initial request to provide an estimate. He and JJ were very friendly and informative. I called the corporate number to schedule the actual job and they scheduled for the very next day. Not all of the information I shared with the scheduler made it to the local crew which caused a major hiccup. Chase did not skip a beat. He told me not to worry and got on his phone in my driveway (didn’t even leave my house) to try to resolve the issue. He came back moments later and said problem solved! The local team went far above and beyond to get the equipment they needed to my house so they could deliver as scheduled. Again, they did not leave my house! They waited in my driveway for the equipment and didn’t leave until the job was done! To say I am shocked and impressed with the local crew’s commitment to customer satisfaction is an understatement! Thank you Junk King Boise! I will sing your praises to everyone I know and will be using you again. You 💯 have Chase to thank for this customer recovery! He is a great leader and the crew was fantastic as well. Thanks guys!
