Quick and easy. I had a twin mattress that I needed out of my place. I messaged junk king king through Yelp around 9am and got my quote not too long after. Immediately a schedule for pickup was made for the same day. Initially it was set for 2pm-4pm pickup window but I received a call around 10am that they’re ahead of schedule so they could come by much earlier. They got here by 11am, grabbed my mattress and were out after r minutes. The guys were respectful and on time.

They called thirty minutes before letting me know their eta. They called when they got outside my house. I showed them what to take and they gave me an estimate. Then they got right to work. They were professional and if they were not sure if I had pointed it out to take, they had the courtesy to ask. They also informed me that my uncle, who was in the garage, asked them to leave to pieces of cardboards which I appreciated.
