Verified reviewJunk King is great! I scheduled my appointment online. I received a text the day before the appointment. As promised, I received a phone call about 25 minutes before arrival the following day. They arrived right on time. Removed everything we wanted taken way. Junk King does everything - disassembled a bed frame, we didn’t have to lift a finger. I would highly recommend Junk King.

Verified reviewThe service I received today was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Jerrell and his partner called me 20,minutes out to give me time to prepare. Both gentlemen were delightful, courteous , kind and super careful not to nick any walls, etc. They were very professional, thoughtful, planned out their strategy to execute the job efficiently. I was stunned how quickly and we’ll they emptied my house - much of which they had to carry from downstairs to upstairs. I would not only recommend and use Junk King in the future but would ask for Jarrell and his partner. They are top notch - the BEST!

Verified reviewI used this company two years ago at my business. So I called them for my home to clear out my storage unit and some items that were on my terrace. The driver left two plastic bins on my terrace so I called him to come back and he said he would. I have been trying to get the company today to remove the two items that I put outside for them to pick up. They have refused to do that. They say their driver cleared the area. I think this company should not just take pictures when they come to a job site but take pictures after the job is done. Especially if they do not want to take the customers word. All they had to do was look at the pictures to see the two items I was describing. No call from the owner. Just some nice ladies who have nothing to do but send him the information. Obviously he does not care. I don’t think anybody should pay for a service that they do not have the confidence in the company to come back and finish. I will use someone different the next time I need junk removed. And I hope anyone who reads this will do the same.
