With Nicole and Sara in customer Service being patient and very knowledgeable, I was immediately ready to schedule. The gentlemen who came and took away my items-Sterling and Chris, were friendly, kind, considerate and fast moving. In my opinion, they all deserve a raise in pay. Verified reviewThomas & Edward were totally AWESOME!!! They called with update on arrival time. They were both exceedingly friendly and courteous. They were understanding that although I had sorted things a couple of days ago between stay & go, my water heater broke yesterday & flooded the garage. I was in the process of resorting a this afternoon after the WH replaced this morning but had not finished when they arrived. They were so kind to work around the mess. I had no idea what to expect, but again they were great. I will recommend Junk King to others. Great service & reasonable prices.
