Verified reviewIf this review was solely based on the two gentlemen that came to load and remove our items I would have given them 5 stars. They were efficient in loading and cleaning up the area. What I would suggest when using this company is that when you speak to the California office ask to speak directly to local office. I explained what I needed to California office and they did not accurately pass my information on to the general manager who came to pick up our items. Poor communication on both ends to be honest. I had to reach out to the company several times to get ETA’s and see why there was a delay.
