Verified reviewwe had a sofa bed on the second floor, to heavy for us to move down stairs. we made an appointment on line. employee called twice to let us know when they would arrive. arrived on time, took about 10 minutes to remove the item and load it into the truck. the employees were friendly, polite and seemed to enjoy being of help. Thank them for us.

Verified reviewI was going to rent a uhaul and take junk (furniture and odd bulky things) to the landfill and pay to dump. But through Google I came across Junk King! I am so glad I did! They responded quickly and came out quick. They gave a reasonable estimate and I let them take it right away. I did not have to lift a thing! We had an evening appointment so the truck was pretty filled by the time they reached us so we had to reschedule for them to come back and get the items they couldn’t take. I would suggest if you need it all gone in one day take a morning appointment where the truck is basically empty but remember the more you fill the more you pay but their prices are very reasonable. The workers were very quick and knowledgeable yes knowledgeable about removing junk! I was amazed how easily they removed the furniture and then broke it down to fit in the truck. I would highly recommend them and will use agin if I ever needed this type of service again.

Verified reviewvery happy with the services provided by your employees Luois and Juan @65 Harvard St, Chelsea, I got a call sooner than my 2hr time window, they came with an empty truck and worked hard filling it up. Im satisfied with what i paid for the amount of stuff removed, only wish you had bigger trucks. I definitely would recommend Junk King and Luois and Juan.

Verified reviewI have used them before and the service was very good. This time not so much. On the original day they were supposed to be here between 1-3. Called at 3:30 & 4:45 to get an update. They returned my call at 5 and rescheduled for the next day 3-4 as I would not be there to pay them until 3. They called about 1:30 and wanted to come early. I said go ahead but they would have to call me for payment. The item was picked up and was in good order.
