As a trustworthy third-party, it opens the dialogue between the customer and the website." The operable word is 'verified.' That is lingo for, if your review is negative we're not publishing it. That opens no 'dialogue.' And no 'dialogue' can be had "through the customer and the website," as they state, because one cannot dialogue with a website. The dialogue, if there is one, should be between the customer, the public, and the company that hired 'Verified Reviews' to handle its customer comments. There you have it.

Verified reviewCompany raised its rates 67.2% in 2 years. At the same time, its website promises an 'on-site' quote before the job is completed. We were neither warned of Junk King nearly doubling their price since we last hired them (2021), nor were we ever provided a quote before the job was done and billed--early quote, on-site quote, or any quote. It seemed to me to be a deliberate and fairly deceptive ripoff.. I say it seemed. That does not mean I should be quoted--in any context--as saying that it was. Take my point.
