Verified reviewI was pleasantly surprised by how timely and efficient the encounter wise- usually when booking work/utility type stuff, you get a “time window” with no basis in reality. They were on time, super polite, and had the stuff moved out to their dumpster/truck within 5 minutes.

Verified reviewHad a dumpster ordered for delivery on Friday between 8-12. I called at noon they said they would call the driver and call me back in five minutes. 40 minutes later after no call I called back and was told their truck was in the shop so I couldn’t get a dumpster till Monday would that be okay. I said no so I was offered $50 if I could wait till Monday. I said no unless you can take $100 off. We argued for a few minutes and then they said they would send a truck with two workers later that day and they would load it. They did remedy the problem but instead of having a dumpster for three days I had it for 15 minutes. We had to work fast to empty out my parents house. The driver said they only had one truck to deliver dumpsters.

Verified reviewThis was my second time using Junk King. I chose them because of my great first experience. I took a chance that they might be able to come out on the same day I made the appointment. They did!! I did check different places where I could take various electronics and they had restrictions and limitations. It was so much easier to schedule an appointment with Junk King. They sent someone to pick everything up in record time; very professional, reasonable prices and I did not have to pick anything up or leave home!! Win!! Win!!
