Verified reviewI was pleased with the customer service and the driver professionalism. I was a bit unclear about what was not allowed. I read the website and felt confident that what we wanted to dispose of was allowed, but there we some issues. I think that the info and the drop-off drivers could be clearer. I told both the scheduler and the drivers that we were doing a kitchen demo, and no one told me which items would need verification. The pickup drivers handled it well, though, and it turned out we had the verification. I would recommend to others, but it would save people time/headache if you were to make it clearer up front.
