a job well done! Easy to schedule. they call when on their way. The work quickly and neatly. They clean up when finished. They cut up a 6 person jacuzzi and carted it off. Less than an hour, polite and professional. Could have not asked. for better.

On time, fair price, very good communication. I was able to contact them through text to send clear pictures and get an initial estimate. I expected to have to wait a few days, but they had a slot open the next day. No hassles, the two friendly gentlemen showed up in the agreed time slot, just came and got the job done. A pleasure to work with, will use them again.

Easy pick up. Didn’t like them looking around my apartment and they were going to put my card information in for me which I didn’t like (I did it myself) Lots of scammers out there. Besides that, they did well all they needed was to pick up one thing.

I have to say I was very disappointed with my first experience today. I was told my sofa and live seat would cost 200 to move. I specifically said one of the sofas was a sleeper and I was on the third floor walk up. I asked Sam who arranged the pick up twice to make sure that they were clear that this was a sleeper sofa and I was on the third floor he confirmed and told me the price I agreed when the movers got here I was told that the price would almost be $400 double of what I was told me upfront and clear with your pricing. I will not be using your service or referring your business to anyone else.
