Verified review**1 Star - Extremely Poor Service and Communication** I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Junk Kings that disrupted my work schedule multiple times. I specifically booked an 8-10am appointment slot so the pickup would be completed before my busy workday began. Instead of arriving on time, I received multiple phone calls throughout the day with excuses about them running late. They finally showed up at 5:05pm - over 7 hours late - right in the middle of an important work call. I had to interrupt my meeting, only to be told by the driver that he was unable to complete the pickup that day. Recognizing my frustration, the driver promised my job would be handled "first thing the next morning" and gave me another 8-10am time slot. Once again, they failed to show up on time, arriving after 11am during another one of my work calls. While the two crew members who eventually came were pleasant enough and efficient, the pricing was significantly higher than expected. I was denied the discount that had been promised to me the day before because these workers claimed they couldn't honor what the previous representative had offered. Junk Kings showed complete disregard for my time and schedule, caused multiple disruptions to my work, failed to keep their promises, and then charged more than what was initially discussed. I would not recommend Junk Kings to anyone who values reliable service and honest pricing.

Via the user-friendly web page, I found it easy to set up an appointment for the following day, for the purpose of receiving a free estimate. On the day of the pickup, the crew kept me posted as to their expected arrival time (i.e., twenty-five minutes before arriving at my home, the crew called me on the phone to let me know exactly when they would arrive.) The crew arrived in a truck ready to perform the actual removal in the event that I agreed with the pricing. The leader of the crew explained the company’s pricing in a clear and transparent manner; and I agreed. The crew had arrived at my home in a truck, and were therefore ready to perform the removal on the spot; and they performed the removal effectively and efficiently. Overall, I found the experience to be very professional.
