We shipped this order on time on March 13th. It shows it Departed BOGOTA, COLOMBIA March 21, 2023, 12:10 am. We have filed a claim with USPS International, however they show that an investigation for shipments to Columbia can take up to 32 days. We are trying to help resolve this issue.

We have been notified as you should have as well that the tracking now shows movement: International Transit Processed Through Facility COLOMBIA April 18, 2023, 9:47 am Departed BOGOTA, COLOMBIA March 21, 2023, 12:10 am Hopefully this shipment will arrive to you in the near future.

Good morning Jorge, We have followed up once again with USPS - the United States Postal Service. They have advised that your package was released to the Columbia Postal Service on 4/18/23. The representative that I just spoke to said that it would be best for you to follow up with your local post office with the following tracking number: CE986621661US They will then be able to provide you a better update as to when your package should be able to deliver.
