Verified reviewThe transaction started great - they read my email over the weekend and contacted me Monday am to arrange the sale and next day air delivery. Tuesday the tracking still showed "label printed," so I called and - oops, somehow the UPS didn't pick it up on Monday. So, not so great. Then they sent it NDA AM delivery - which made up for the goof - I got it Wednesday before noon, installed it (I'm in an RV and this motor/gearbox was to bring the main (heavy) slide in and out), tested it, with plenty of time for my exit from that campground on Thursday. End of the day they more than made up for their mistake.
