    The pretrip tool is nice, I'm a instructor at a CDL truck driving school in my state and I've been showing the tool to my students telling there where they can get one. Wouldn't surprise me if some haven't already ordered one... there is other things you sale that I'm going to invest in over time.

    I used the valve on the side of a new transmission pan, I installed on my E63AMG. It's perfect to fill pan and constantly check overflow before installing fill port plug on bottom. I DID THIS SO I could easily change transmission oil easily and more frequently. The stock mercedes pan is a pain and otherwise requires removing pan every oil change instead only occasionally.

    If you want truth and efficient service I would not recommend this company. I called and verified with their staff the availability of the bottle jack I needed. They assured me that it was in stock and that shipping from a California warehouse to my California residence would be a couple of days. This in mind - I made the purchase. Eight days later I emailed and asked for a status as I never received so much as a shipping confirmation. I was told in a reply that it was to ship that day and that they were sorry. I finally received the jack fifteen days after purchase. I love the jack. I just wish it had gotten to me when I actually needed it. I rented some equipment to complete the task for which I had made this purchase as time was a factor.

    Thank you for your review. I can honestly say I understand your frustration. We have been dealing with many back orders from the particular supplier of the product you purchased. Until recently, they had not been giving us the estimated ship dates for their products. We have now been getting this information from them and are updating our records and sending automated emails to notify customers. We actually do pride ourselves in serving our customer but know that we have been having a let down as of late.     We purchased an all amber, Buyers wireless remote light bar. After ordering we were called and informed they were out of stock for that particular light bar, but had one that had alternating white and amber lights..explained as one white, one amber, one white, etc… We did not receive what was explained to us as a replacement. Instead, HALF of the light bar is amber and Half of the light bar is white! We, as pilot car escorts, cannot even run this light bar and it is already installed. To bring insult to injury, the dang remote DOES NOT control it properly. We can’t even consistently get it to come on or turn off. We have reset it to sync with lightbar and that doesn’t work. Extremely unhappy with something I was so excited for!

    We have been able to set the bar, but had to put amber tape over half of it to operate, which looks very unprofessional for our standards. Half an amber light bar does not work in our industry.

    Extremely dissatisfied. Order placed on 11/29. Received review request email on 12/6, still no product, selected that option from email. Submitted help ticket via chat on website on 12/8, STILL have not heard ANYTHING back on the status of my order. Called company today, automated voice menu says to seek help on website, doesn't offer option to speak with a CSR. Awfully quick to make sure I was charged, but ZERO response to any requests for status of my order. Highly doubt I'll get a response to this either, but I'll wait 24hrs before filing complaint with Attorney General and BBB of Michigan.

    Ordered item, no confirmation email, invoice or shipping date was sent. 2 weeks later i had to call them to find out the problem. Spoke to Rodney at extention 1336, Was promised it to be shipped in a week. Still no confirmation email, invoice or shipping info was given. After another week i called back to see if this was some sort of scam. Was promised it would be shipped in 5 days. Next day had email of shipping date, still no invoice. Finally 7 days later item arrived

    We do thank you for your review and honestly apologize for the long delay in delivery times. You are right, we need to do a better job of communicating lead times. We have enacted new automations in the ordering process. Emails are now being sent with the estimated lead times of the products that we know are on an extended lead time from the manufacturers. Unfortunately the lead times are subject to change based on when components are delivered when being imported. In regards to invoices, they are system generated once we "batch" our orders.
