  Very wonderful staff! Very helpful and helped me with my watch without hesitation. Very good pricing on their items. I would highly recommend the Sioux City location in the mall. I believe the lady that helped me her name was Nicole if I’m not mistaken, but very nice and kind if you are looking for jewelry, please contact them.

  Well, the website stated it would take 4-6 weeks to make, ship, and process. Fast forward 4 months later it arrives at my door without an email or tracking stating that it was shipped. The jewelry was nice, but when I talked to cs, it felt like i was a burrden wondering where my product that i paid for was. Idk if I’ll buy from these guys again

  I am happy with the new ring that Ben helped us to buy. He was very informative and offered many different options for us to consider.   I absolutely love this store my first store was in the mall in Bozeman, Mt. Took a couple trips until i made a purchase never was pressured. I've never had any bad experience with this company always stood by their product. I've sent my ring off twice and i believe once they replaced it and gave me a brand new one. THIS IS THE ONLY JEWELRY STORE I BUY FROM.PERIOD
