  The product is beautiful and the website is easy to use. However, I was disappointed in the shipping. I selected to pay extra for express shipping and the product arrived over a week late. This was disappointing as the merchandise purchased was for a birthday gift.

  Easy to find by search (I already knew what ring I was looking for). I ordered the wrong size, but I sent a message on the site, and they immediately changed the size for me. All I had to do was tell them the order number and the size change. They then emailed me to let me know it was done. Customer service was great in store and online. Would recommend riddles to anyone!
