  Found the site through a series of links while researching my parents’ sterling silver flatware. Talked with Sue from the Wheaton store. Her professionalism and personality were enough to have us drive over 30 miles for the appraisal and sale. Sue is definitely a people person to the 10th degree.   The two women that helped me, Sue and Nico, were absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND professional, friendly, helpful and have acceptional customer service!   Estelle was extremely helpful, every employee in the store was. I am consistently impressed with the attention to customer service here, which can be virtually non-existent at most "gold and silver" places. But this isn't some "run-of-the-mill," "cash for gold" kiosk, they have a massive selection of beautiful collectable modern coins, ancient coins, paper monies, war memorabilia, jewelry and lots more. There is attention to detail in every customer relationship and transaction, so it is a place where the employees seem to geniunely enjoy working there. I say this because I have been in over 30 times, at least, and even when there is a new employee, like Estelle was today, she put a lot of time and effort to make sure everything was perfect and double-checked every part of the process with her manager, all while keeping an extremely jovial and accomodating attitude. Always great here. This is always where I go to get coins and to sell coins. I would give it a 15/10 if I could because it is miles above any of the other stores around Chicago. They earned my loyalty because it's rare to see people put this much effort into their jobs and into helping their customers. Thanks Again!

  I visited the Schaumburg location to sell my silver rounds and had the privilege of working with Estelle. What a fantastic lady, first of all, I must say, she was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, and explained anything I didn't understand in a way that was easy to "get." The store itself is immaculate, and everything I perused was priced at fair market value from what I could gather. I was paid just a hair under spot price for my rounds, and invited to return with anything I'd like them to consider purchasing based on part of our earlier conversation. I'll certainly be back, and I would recommend folks looking to sell their coins and jewelry take a look at this place before any others!

  I’m disappointed that having paid about $50 for each coin appraised, I was not given a selling price for each one. Yes, they were graded, but I think for that amount of money, I should have been given an idea of what they would currently sell for!

  She took advantage of me being new to selling jewelry and gave me nothing for my platinum. I only received a small amount for the diamond, which I was fine with, because she told me diamonds are not worth much. I should have received something for the platinum, however. Buyer beware.
