    Never had a problem with customer service so YAY!I do like Grass LF which is what I typically use. That being said, I find it VERY disappointing in what you all call “light” fragrances. Two I’ve tried are more like “no” fragrance. I tried Beach LF again after several years SO hoping you had made the fragrance able to still be there after drying. But no. No noticeable fragrance. I was excited to try Pine LF but very disappointed once again for same reason. Why can’t they all be the same and then you can advise people to use less if they dont like how it is with the amount they are using. A no brainer for me but….do need changes sometimes so I will need to look for other companies.

    I really like the product, but I don't like the robo-shipping info that posits a fast delivery date, only to find out that it will take a week or more. I'm told this is the UPS' fault for prematurely pushing optimistic timelines, when all that's really happened is a shipping label was created. A shipping label is not a shipped product!

    I’ve purchase these products for staging rental homes as the packaging provides a good esthetic for bland laundry rooms. I placed a small order at retail cost in Dec. 2020 and experienced a delay in the receiving order and inquired why it was taking so long to ship out product(s) that were not backordered and was told “We are sorry for the delay. As a small business, with limited staff during these times, we are working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped out”. In a phone conversation I was told that Covid was the reason for the delay which is completely understandable. However, the following month I attempted to place a wholesale order of the required min of $150 but was told that I had not ordered with the required 6 month window to allow me to order wholesale therefore my wholesale min would have to revert back to the $300 min which is the requirement for first time wholesale orders. When I explained that my Business had also been affected by Covid I was told “sorry but we can’t make an allowance our policy clearly states that wholesalers must purchase the min $150 every 6 mons or you must order at the first time required $300 + shipping”. I declined. Subsequently I placed a small order ($120) at retail cost using the discount on their website. I was charged at time of order (4/9) but sadly had to cancel order on 4/19 as ordered had still not shipped. Ordered The Laundress instead. Disappointed in a business that had been affected by a global pandemic would not extend that empathy to another small business. 😔

    Dear Kathryn - I am replying personally to your review to hopefully help resolve this. Our delivery times have been very erratic due to Covid. Our warehouse has the safety of every employee in their hands, which may sometimes mean they are short of staff and are also training new staff to the Coivd protocols. I sincerely apologize as 9 days is a long time to wait. Our wholesale policy is a $300 minimum for the first order. I do not believe you have ever ordered from us as a store. That the products were used for staging. Unfortunately we have to maintain the $300 (which is really low industry wise) to make sure it is not just for personal use. The time used to pack and ship it by our warehouse would leave us not making any profit if it were under $300. For regular customers - small stores - we do understand that $300 can be tough. Therefore we allow reorders of $150 within 6 months of the first order. If $300 of product isn't selling in 6 months - then honestly the line just isn't for your store. It should sell much quicker than that. I hope this answers the questions - and again I sincerely apologize for the delay. Please reach out if I can clarify anything further.     Sorry to just be responding Christine. We’ve been out of Town and arrived back home last night. When I spoke w/ Bridgett in 2019 the initial order was placed at or ar 290 and done so w/o the wholesale discount but I was told would be counted as the initial order which I greatly appreciated. When I revisited that with her albeit a year and a half later that was not remembered. I would still like to order at the wholesalers discount the required min of 150 actually the 2 cases would be ar 180 if that is possible. My tenants enjoy the products and I love how they add to a laundry space. Covid has made it hard to purchase in large quantities for obvious reasons. The coastal property should be back on the rental market soon and I will hopefully be able to order larger quantities as it is a short term rental and housekeeping supplies each new weekly renter with a welcome basket that includes unopened laundry products among other small items.     My order #23558, was placed 2/18/21. This is the worst service I have received from Good Home in the many years I have ordered the Laundry Fragrance. First, I never received a confirmation of my order nor a shipping notice.Secondly, I called to inquire the status of my order and was told the shipping was delayed due to weather, understood. Thirdly, no approximate date for shipping was given at that time. Fourthly, I have yet to receive any confirmation of my order, any shipping notices or tracking number. I like your product and have had good service in the past, but certainly not this time. tT would be appreciated to have a followup communication regarding my order.

    We received your review for your order and are so sorry for the delay. I requested that our warehouse get this shipped out today. We are a small business and have been experiencing delays due to COVID and distancing along with multiple snow storms. The tracking number 1Z88Y8X00395139259  will update as soon as UPS scans it in, but it will be picked up from UPS this afternoon. I have forwarded your order to your direct email address with the correspondence. We also went ahead and refunded you $17.34 for the shipping and handling charges for the inconvenience of this delay. I'm not sure why you did not receive any of the confirmation emails that were sent. My best guess is that they went to your spam folder because they contained a link.  Once again, we apologize and we thank you so much for your business and understanding.
