  I have used laundry fragrance for years. The stain remover is the best I’ve ever used. Not 5 star as shipping is very expensive and I may have to cut back because of high shipping costs!

  I continue enjoying laundry fragrance through the years since I discovered Good Home via Restoration Hardware. The product and human touch of the owner remain top notch. The postal service charges for delivery to another state are, however, crippling. I hope I can continue to use the products.

  I love the smell of this candle, I use the detergent and cleaning spray, the vacuum beads, and sheet spray, but the shipping cost is so high that I just can't buy the products any more. I need more detergent, but just can't afford it any more.

  I have been purchasing your products for a while and I do like them very much. I purchased linen spray and upon arrival it had leaked, so the bottle was not full. When I use it it still seems to be leaking and liquid runs down the bottle. But I do love the scent.

  I have used this product for many years and wouldn’t want to be without it. However my last shipment came with the 6 bottles thrown in a cardboard box loosely covered in plastic. Most of the lids were loose and leaking and one bottle had leaked half of the product, making the cardboard soggy. It was a mess and huge disappointment. I don’t know what’s changed but it used to take me 10 minutes to remove all the bubble wrap and tape securing the bottles. :(

  The Good Home products are excellent. However, the shipper leaves something to be desired. On one of my orders a while back, the glass container for a candle was broken. I did not file a claim for it. On a recent order for 2 candles, the candles were both very melted and apparently sitting upside down in the box. The burlap around the glass bottles were saturated with melted candle and again, I did not file a claim. I am very old and very busy and I don't have time for extras. The product is wonderful, shipper not so much.

  Best product ever!! I only use 1 TBLS of each for a full load. It calls for 1/4 cup, but you dont need it. Pine forest for fall and winter ...Pure Grass for spring and summer!

  I usually order through Amazon because the shipping is faster. The shipping use to be a lot faster than week and half. What happened? The time before it was almost over two weeks after I contacted the company. I am not one to complain but can’t be the only one thinking an order should be processed and received in a quicker time frame. Products are great or else I would move on.

  I love the Beach Days fragrance! It is so light and smells like the beach. I first found it in a store in 2006 on Cape Cod and have ordered online since then. I always spray on sheets as I’m putting clean ones on my bed.
