  I receive my order two days ago and I didn’t open it until yesterday and I noticed I was missing two items I contacted customer service and within minutes Bridget at customer service reached out to me with apologies and today 48 hours after I received my initial package my missing items are on their way with tracking not only do I love the products Many companies could learn from a good home company customer service.   I used to get your laundry detergent at my corner store, Aum and Garden. They had nice size bottles, lovely people, and easy pickup. For some reason you stopped shipping the them. I don't like the size I am getting. When I receive it, it hot and shaken up, it take a long time to receive and not to mention the cost of having it shipped directly to me. I won't buy anymore if I can't get it from Aum and Garden.

We are located on the East Coast and ship from our warehouse in PA, so transit time depends on the ship to location and to the West Coast it takes 5 days via UPS ground for transit. UPS ground is the most economical way to ship, so that is why we continue to ship via them.   As always, brilliant products and fantastic support any time I’ve spoken with a customer specialist. I’ve been using their eco friendly products for over 15 years and cannot recommend them enough. From their floor soaps to all purpose sprays, last a long time and clean extremely well without harsh chemicals and just the right amount of fragrance. I’ve never had a problem with any of their products and the few instances I’ve phoned for a quick question I was immediately assisted by a knowledgable specialist which is refreshing given that most companies only have email or online chat support. In all, fantastic products and a company that hasn’t lost its roots along the way.

  I found this product line at a gift shop in Lake Geneva, Wi and I am so happy I was able to order refills online! Beach days is such a good scent, I love washing my sheets in it and the vacuum beads make all my carpeted areas smell amazing!

  Love the products. Wish more variety. My favorite fragrance in laundry detergent is Beach Days. So fresh and clean. Only concern is that the fragrance softener doesn't seem to have the same concentrate as previously. Also, a little disappointed the shipping has changed. But, all in all the product is excellent.

  I have been using the laundry fragrance for many years now. I love the grass, beach and lavender scents. Goodhome.com is a very easy website to navigate and they ship and deliver quickly. My only reservation is the shipping charge, I don’t like paying it at any site! But Good home has sales and discount events that compensate for the shipping cost. They have excellent products.

  The shipping amount for 3 Laundry Fragrance Refills was extraordinarily high for this transaction; in fact, I almost canceled the order as a result. Shipping to California from NY was within a couple of dollars of one on-sale 64 fl/oz bottles of Laundry Fragrance! Even shipping without a UPS account would have been 1/2 that amount! I know there are other costs involved, but they shouldn't be that much! If they are, give me the option to use my own UPS account or offer alternative methods of shipment, i.e., SurePost, or USPS with Tracking.
