  The cable wasn't the correct cable. Probably my fault when I changed the color of the cable but Fibercables Direct wouldn't accept a return on it and as far as I know, as of 16 Aug, they haven't returned it or refunded by payment.

  After one false start (because I ordered the wrong cable), I called and worked with them to make sure I got the correct cable. Customer service was pleasant to work with and very helpful. Good experience. Will use them again if I need another cable.

  Okay Guys; For the FIRST TIME in a long while I finally have cables that a) DO NOT COME LOOSE after being plugged in and tugged. b) the cables are better than the ones I had before due to the QUALITY of the connections. They are strong and fit into the receptacles on my lap top/server/router/modem....A VERY GOOD AND GREAT PRODUCT AND PRODUCED HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! Outstanding Job...

  Great selection of products at competitive prices! My only gripe (as I have previously stated) is their insistence on all sales being FOB shipping point leaving the customer responsible in the event of a shipping mishap. While this is not uncommon in larger corporate purchases, it is almost unheard of in smaller consumer sales.

  They have a good selection of fiber cables at reasonable prices. The only thing which rubbed me the wrong way is that all product is shipped FOB origin. This absolves fibercablesdirect of any and all responsibility once the product leaves the warehouse... If it gets lost or damaged in shipping, the onus is on you.
