  Order was not complete: they had items on back order and did not notify me. They also did not notify when the shipment was coming. Towels purchased are definitely not high end towels. I was looking for premium hotel type towels and these are average at best. Shipping costs are way too expensive and then missing items.

  The staff at direct textile were really really helpful. I ordered the wrong pillows that wouldn't be able to be assembled by the time I needed them, so staff found other pillows that would work for me, canceled my order and re-ordered my pillows. They all came in time, all was well. Many thanks!!

  I ordered 100% cotton robes and was told they where backordered and was given the option of getting a poly blend robe instead I said no I needed the cotton. Waited longer then I was told it would be contacted them and was told they would be shipped right out. Great right? No they came be where the poly blend I didn't want. Not the first time I have been substituted with a different item. Sorry I do like their stuff but I cant do these substitutions.

  The first time I ordered, the dairy towels seemed to work well. This second order, the towels are ripping in half. I wonder if there is a defect or did I just get lucky the first time and the quality is not actually good. I would appreciate a reply because I need to find a good, reliable , continous source.
