It should have come in a proper case, it also came with a little scratch on the top of the hat, the brim of the hat was curved, the material wasn’t what I expected, it’s too rough, for the price, it’s not worthy, I’ve had better ones.

This hat is very practical for toddlers. Sturdy material and love the colour. Goes with everything and is gender neutral so I think both my kids may get wear out of this one.

Beautifully well made and great quality hat , fits perfectly too… but the colour was disappointing unfortunately not like the nice light cream colour in the picture it’s more of a yellow tone :(

I tried both a medium and a small. Unfortunately neither fit, but the handling of my returns and exchanges have been exemplary. It’s been difficult under covid to try out clothes before buying and relying on online deliveries can be very stressful, however the team at will and bear have been fantastic despite having to exchange and refund multiple times. I love the hat’s designs and the quality is amazing. I’m devastated that neither of the sizes fit but so very pleased with the service I have received. Wishing the team at Will & Bear all the very best in the future, you are doing a fantastic job!

Love my new hat, it has a wide brim which will be great in summer. Not sure about the inner elastic band found it fiddly to adjust.
