I measured my head to find the right size, my measurement said I needed the small however it was too snug for my liking so I applied easily for the credit voucher, easily printed the return sticker and took to the post office. In the mean time I bought the Andy Oak on the sale and the medium fits very comfortably and the broad rim is perfect for vineyard work, the wool keeps my head so cool. Looking forward to my Calloway fawn arriving soon.

The perfect hat. Our 2 year old doesn’t want to take it off! She even wears it inside. So in love with it, and she has already tried to completely trash it and it looks brand new still!

This was my first hat, pretty much ever, because I've never found a hat that suits me or that's comfortable. This hat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, so stylish, and I'm obsessed!

I ordered the small womens with hat fillers as I have a small head, it's a perfect fit. High quality materials and design and it's made very well. I know it'll last a long time and I'm really happy with the purchase.

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but as you have sent so many emails asking for one. Brought 3 hats, 2 of which are the same. The first 2 were excellent, the 3rd was not the same quality. We did talk and yes you replaced it no questions asked. The replacement was the same quality as the the one you replaced. The quality of your products does vary and you need better QC.

I thought these would be a bit more spongey. I once bought a hat from an op shop that had spongey inserts which were more for keeping you hat on snug than for bringing down a size. Like the ones inside a bike helmet? My bad, they are more for getting a small down to an extra small, which I also needed so they did there job. I just thought they’d be a bit softer.
