It took me three rounds to finally get a hat that fits right. With the risk of sounding like goldilocks, the first one was too large, the second one was too small, but with the very generous help from customer service, the third had fit just right. I did measure my head the first time but didn’t do it right. And I think there could be more guidance on the depth of the hat too. Hence the back and forth till we got there. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of how the colour looks in real life vs the images shown on the website. It is more creamier in real life than the images. The colour is nicer in the images. I do recommend retouching the images to portray the reality of the material colours.

I just received my hat, I love it so much. I can’t wait to wear it for my wedding! It’s so stiff! No fear of this hat bending out of shape!

I wasn’t very happy about the product because when I was travelling the clips did not keep my hat from tilting forward away from my backpack. Also the clips were making marks into the brim of my hat.

Just received my Andy Auburn hat. “Sensational”. I thought that wool hats were for a select few to wear but I am pleasantly surprised to both the wonderful comfort and unique style the Auburn offers. Even my fashion conscious children agree- it looks great!

Nice fitting hat that looks great, had to exchange for the next size up but the Will Bear team made the exchange very easy - great customer service. I’ll be buying again, highly recommend.

Love the Little William Brown hat, my grandson loves his as he now has a hat just like daddy and Pop. He makes us laugh as he wears it all the time even when he is inside the house.

Great for making the hat fit a smaller head without any indications that you have any padding in the hat. No one would know as they make the hat look like it was made to fit their head, so easy to fit and comfortable to wear.

Wanted to love this, but it's just too small! Design and construction are excellent, but can't pull it down to keep my ears warm (I'm usually M size in hats/helmets)
