I love the design and aesthetic of this hat. This is the best quality that I have bought for now. I I am just a bit confused about the sizing. I I bought the hat in size small because it is my size for hats; I bought the same hat in a different colour, a size large for my husband; the size small looks very small and is very tight on my head, the size large for my husband is too large. My husband and I are completely the opposite so we can not possibly be both sizes medium for this hat. I hope my hat will give a little, but it is definitely too big for my husband, but we can wear it with the cordon anyway. I love the values of your business, I am just sharing this to help improve if it's welcome.

My original purchase was the wrong size for me (my fault). So I returned it for a smaller size and change of colour, as the cream was too pale for my white hair. The whole process was so simple and the online support staff were so helpful. Within a very short period my replacement was delivered, and it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend this product and company.

This hat was just the perfect fit for my 3 year old grandson! Ideal for those sunny days where a wider brimmed hat is needed - covered the ears and face well. Great customer service, received very quickly and packaged with great care!
