I loved this hat! I'm actually leaving this review 2 years post purchase. Pros: -It fit perfectly (i was a size L); W&B were great to exchange when I got the size wrong the first time -The adjustable straps allowed me to have a tighter fit when it was really windy (but this only goes so far!) -It proved to hold up in the heat (not as hot as an Akubra) AND the cold AND the rain. I wore it throughout several field trips and hikes and it saved me from running into a few stinging trees. -I think its super cute! I travelled with it all the time and loved that it was both functional and cute. Cons: -Pretty quickly the colour changed. It's not dramatic, but the portions exposed to the sun turned to more of a green brown. I'm glad it was the hat and not my skin! But I do wish the colour hadn't changed. Maybe this is limited to the "Oak" colour hat variety. The photo I added of this doesn't show it perfectly, but you can see the difference. -There are no chin straps to keep it in place when there is intense wind; I wish they had an accessory so you could add a chin strap to this. -If you get it wet with sea water it's pretty impossible to clean and will forever smell. I got it wet a few times, but it's been finally ruined after being blown into the ocean. This is why I'm looking at getting another one. Just something to consider! Ultimately, I loved my hat and am considering which one to get next. I think I will avoid the oak colour based on how much it changed so quickly. I would recommend these hats to anyone who hikes anywhere in the bush!

This is the fifth hat I have bought from Will and Bear in total and I have absolutely loved every single one of them. I love the corduroy design and colour or Baker Tan. Fits very comfortably as well. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for myself but the team at Will and Bear did a great job at sending me the hat of my size with free return postages as well. This was over Christmas time too. I am very happy with the customer support as well!

I bought this for my 6-year-old niece to take on her Winter holiday to Japan. She wore it every day and it kept her so warm. As a girly girl, beanie's aren't her vibe, so the Teddy was perfect. The best thing about it is that it is 100% Australian wool, which means it never got too hot on her head like synthetic materials do. Well done Will & Bear, this is a hat that will last a lifetime!

Have now got two hats (black and beige) for myself and purchased another (ash) which I gifted for Christmas. Plenty of compliments asking where I purchased my hat from. Fast delivery to Melbourne from the Currumbin store. Ordered two hats online on a Monday leading into Christmas and received them three days later.

I bought of one these hats a while ago before they had the big price markup and it was too big so I had to exchange for a smaller size. However when I got the new one the brim was tiny and I feel as though it doesn’t protect me from the sun at all
