I went for a hat size one bigger than my previous (other brand) hat because it shrunk with my perspiration, so the hat fillers are perfect solution until I wear the hat in (if it shrinks like the other). Just one note, if you're not sure, order the hat fillers with your initial order because the delivery fee is more than the fillers cost when ordering on their own.

This hat is just so comfortable and it is so soft - I also feel very stylish wearing the William hat. Absolutely love this hat - this could be the start of more Will and Bear hats. Thank you Will and Bear!

Every aspect of this hat purchasing journey has been an amazingly special journey , made ever so more pleasant due the the wonderful service Will & Bear offer throughout every stage of the purchase. My new hat is not my favourite item I go for each & every occasion possible. It's rare that people find timeless beauty more attractive than being slaves to fashion. There is nothing tacky about this hat. It feels like a hat you'd wear from childhood to your nineties in perfect harmony. Yet, it's got character. It's a hat out of a million. No one will have a hat like you unless they have a Will & Bear Sunny Sand. Pure originality, more than a classic, a dream of a hat.

This is my second river sand - the first blew out of our beach trolley and by the time I realised, someone had already run away with it! I was so sad and missed it so much, I immediately bought another. Just the best hat all round - comfortable, shady, stylish and hard wearing.

Lovely colour and looks great. I had to size up - my head measures 58 cm so I purchased the large but with the hat fillers it fits perfectly
