So pleased with my new hat. It's the perfect size/fit/shape. It's comfortable, looks fantastic, and i get loads of compliments. I had ordered another style that just didn't fit/suit me, Will&Bear went above and beyond to help with the return and getting the right hat for me. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service outcome. Very happy customer.

It's very stiff to wear, and the brim is also very stiff! It's not very comfortable at all to wear - it might loosen up with time, but right out of the box its not something I really want to wear. It gives good sun protection, looks good and is beautifully made, but I would rather go with other options! Maybe other styles are more comfortable, but i was a little disappointed with this.

I was between sizes in the size guide, so I sized up and it’s a great fit. The hats are stiff so hold their shape well.
