I have the Andy Cream and Andy Auburn both in medium. The Auburn one is much smaller/tighter. I ordered the large in Andy Oak with the sizer bands. I hope that works. Very surprised that the same hat in the same size fit so different. Still, love the look and quality.

Gorgeous Hubby was very happy with his gift. Also I ordered the incorrect size and needed to return it. Your return process is smooth and effective. I had the correct size in a week. Well done Will and Bear. We won’t be a 2 hat Will and Bear family for long.

I originally tried on the hat in a store. I ordered it online as the shop didn’t have the colour / size I was looking for. When the hat arrived it felt tight. The customer service team was brilliant - offering suggestions, happy to exchange the hat. In the end I kept the size I ordered and it has given to be the perfect fit. Thank you

I had been admiring a Will and Bear hat my friend for ages and decided to buy one when my mum was in hospital and I didn't have the time or energy to brush my hair. I can't decide if the customer service or the quality of the hat is better. I give both 6 out of 5 stars. I exchanged this hat for a different colour and the Will and Bear staff went out of their way to support me. I wasn't expecting this level of care but I really appreciated it. Sadly my mum passed away but the team at Will and Bear operated with compassion and care. They made me proud to be Australian. The quality of the hat is amazing. I will be order more items from them. I don't normally post pictures of me wearing an item I bought but the staff were so lovely and I'm so happy with the product that I thought it would be nice if they saw it.

Will & Bear is one of those unusual companies that radiates good vibes. On top of that they provide excellent quality and design. Now own 4 of their hats and all are great. As long as they keep doing new and cool styles I honestly see no reason to buy hats from anyone else, even if Australia is a bit of from Sweden. You can't get better for your money.

A great winter addition which adds style and warmth. I love it styled with a big cozy scarf, or jeans & blazer. Definitely recommend this.

What a fabulous experience. My hat arrived about a week after I placed my pre-order. I received notifications and thought it must have been sent in error. On opening the parcel the hat was in a calico protection bag. What a great way to store my gorgeous, warm hat. I feel like I'm wearing ugg boots on my head. It is toasty and sooo comfortable to wear.
