I used the video to measure my head and chose the appropriate size but it turns out I should have gone up a size. Now to return it'll cost me another $65. So I’m stuck with the hat and can’t justify buying a new one. I was so excited to finally own one too!! Great company. Great values. Word to the wise: When in doubt, size up!

It’s nothing to do with the quality of the product, hats are something you need to try on it person, and a range of them. I followed all the measurement guides and it just doesn't sit right. Can’t keep paying $$ to send it back and forth so I'll make it work.

I ordered this hat in a size medium along with the fillers knowing that it would be a tad big. The fillers work great but I was also pleasantly surprised to find the velcro strap at the back of the hat to make the hat fit perfect!! Awesome construction and fit.

Firstly, I made an error in sizing. Will & Bear were more than happy to help me sort the issue. They were very helpful, prompt and provided all the details I needed. The replacement hat is excellent. Perfect. Many thanks to the team for making this as easy as possible. Cheers.

I had been looking for a packable, stylish hat and this one fits the bill. Purchased a larger size and I was able to adjust the internal band for a perfect fit. It's also very comfortable to wear. Great addition to my summer wardrobe.

The stitching unraveled by an inch with minimal wear, however with a little time taken to hand sew it, it’s now serving its purpose perfectly. I love that Will Bear are passionate about sustainable products and a greener planet !

This my first Will & Bear. I was very scared that it would be the right one, and it is. If your on the fence which hat to get first try this one!!! It’s beautiful. Next hat will be the Cooper!

Terrific delivery turn around time. Great quality material. I ordered a Small, which is good to able to adjust, however the Brim is still a bit large for me and I need to turn the front up constantly, as it doesn't stay up. If I leave the Brim down, it sort of folds in on itself.

Bought for hiking. Which it’s great for, Then it’s good for errands, beach, walking in neighborhood…you get the idea. The only downside is the ties, love the ties wish they had a wood bead or leather grip to cinch ties tight fast, when wind comes up I don’t want to break stride to tie a bow. 🫢

I like the Calloway hat very much. It looks great. The snug fit will, I'm sure, over time mold itself to my head's shape and be very comfortable. I've received several compliments on it. I wish it were also available in dark brown. However, I've just ordered the Cooper Coffee hat to satisfy my desire for a dark brown hat.
