I originally bought a different style and thought about it for a while, I was still able to return it and pre order the Buck then ordered the wrong size and was again able to swap it. The style of the hat is perfect and Will and Bear were so flexible and hassle free with returns!

Wore my hat to my son’s beach wedding. Loved it so much I’m getting one of those travel hats. Absolute quality and its a bonus having a shop at Currumbin, so easy to fry and buy.

This is my second Will and Bear hat and I absolutely love them! They are well made, comfortable and look amazing. But not only is the product just beautiful, the customer service is above expectations. I ordered the incorrect size and returned without any issues, and as I wanted my hat for my birthday celebrations only a week later, I reached out to the team to ask if there was any chance of a quick turnaround and the wonderful Customer Service Rep Laura made it happen. So happy and thankful, thank you!!

I live in a very windy place with high UV levels (Wellington, NZ) and I’ve also committed to walking 10k steps a day. This hat stays on. Also love that it is cotton and not some sweat-making synthetic. Am tempted to buy the Bhodi for times when I might want a larger brim.

First. I am not a hat guy. I purchased this purely as the instagram advert “this is not a hat” was fun, intriguing and the hats looked cool! I actually ordered two colors and have been overwhelmed and overjoyed by the feedback. I’m a 58 year old who doesn’t look how I look in hats and, secretly, agree with everyone who compliments me! I used one of the hat brim spacers and it fits perfectly and is super comfortable! I regularly check the site for new styles!

Beautiful hat, I wear it everywhere, the shape, colour and style are awesome. I find if going inside to a shop etc the lanyard is very useful to tip the hat back and hang behind my back out of the way!! Saves the awkwardness of taking off your hat and having to find somewhere to put it....or leaving it behind!!!

Love mine. So comfortable and easy to wear. Soft and light enough that can wear through hot extreme weather heavy enough through windy Melbourne mug weather. Just need strings please please....where do I get them???
