Does it whiten teeth, yes!
Although after the first application, it left and continued to accentuate some white spots on my teeth that were not there before whitening and did not whiten evenly. My teeth were only a 3 before whitening and some areas were lightened really well, others not so much. I suppose it just depends on your teeth and where the product displaces while in the mouth guard.

The only problem I found was the mouthtray sometimes comes off.
It whitens the teeth a little. 🙂

I have heard some good reviews and have had a good experience so far in terms of my teeth becoming whiter, but a few other friends and family have had and heard of bad experiences, including some peoples teeth becoming see through after daily use over time.
