  The website is very easy to use. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to submit my application. Then, to my surprise, I was able to e-sign and secure the policy without a call from a sales agent. Afterwards, I had a question or two so I called the listed number and was quickly connected with a real live human who was helpful and courteous. This entire transaction was a painless process.
